Please get in touch with any queries regarding sizing and colours/designs of tutu dresses. We can cater for most sizes and will request measurements to ensure you get the perfect fit. The tutu dresses can be made in a huge array of colours and finishes so again please get in touch should you require something other than the advertised designs.

All items can be accompanied by a personalised gift tag message should you require. Personalisation can also be added to any of the printed packaging. Many of the jewellery and accessory items can be personalised by way of hand stamped or engraved charms or letter beads. Cushions can be personalised with fabric lettering.

Yes of course, shipping will be combined for all orders. The cost of shipping is never charged at more than the actual cost of postage plus packaging costs.

We are based in Carlisle, Cumbria so if you are local then yes please get in touch if you would prefer to collect your order.

All orders are being made and sent out either same day or next day. However due to the unprecedented amount of mail currently going through Royal Mail, there are unavoidable delays with their service. I appreciate your patience but obviously once it has left my hands I am no longer in control of how long it will take to reach you. Hopefully all packages ordered prior to 17th December should reach you by Christmas but any unforeseen delays are down to the postal service and do vary for different areas of the country. Any orders made after this date will reach you after Christmas due to Royal Mail last postal dates. Unfortunately I am unable to refund for parcels not reaching you in time as Royal Mail insurance will not cover such delays.
